West Valley Community Services grocery pick is open to all clients living in the west valley communities of Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and West San Jose. You can call 408-255-8033 to get more information. You will be asked to complete an intake form and submit eligibility documents. In light of the pandemic to ensure safety and fairness in food distributions, each person will receive one pre-bagged bag of groceries.
Please complete and bring the attached forms with you, to ensure a faster registration process and efficient program eligibility verification.

Please either email your completed form to email@example.com or bring it with you when you visit the Food Pantry.
HOW IT WORKS:
Please bring your photo ID
All food will be pre-bagged and no shopping will be allowed at this time (Covid-19 Pandemic)
Please do not line up before the pantry shifts open.
Food will only be distributed during the times listed below.
Food distribution will be done outside of the building. The lobby and computer lab will not be opened for client use.
When you get in line at the start of food distribution, please stay at least 6 ft away from the person in front of and behind you.
As per the CDC's recommendations, please wear a mask for extra caution.
Grocery Pick up time
Morning Distribution: 10 am - 12 pm
Afternoon Distribution: 2 pm - 4 pm
Cupertino Food Pantry Hours
Business Hours are from 8 am-5 pm.
This is only for picking up documents and dropping off documents for case manager.
Anyone living in the service area can call 408-255-8033 for an appointment to see if they qualify for services. West Valley Community Services (WVCS) serves residents living in the following zip codes: 95014, 95030, 95032, 95033, 95044, 95070, 95129, 95130, and homeless.

COVID-19 Financial Assistance
West Valley Community Services is providing financial assistance for households impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. If you or anyone you know is affected by schools and/or business closures, loss of jobs and hourly earnings, or are now having to take care of dependent older adults amidst the COVID-19/coronavirus crisis, we are here to help. West Valley Community Services serves the following zip codes: 95014, 95030, 95032, 95033, 95044, 95070, 95129, 95130.

HOW IT WORKS:
No in-person financial assistance approval
You can call to schedule phone/video conference appointments with case managers
Case managers will send clients all the necessary information and consent forms by email or mail. You can scan, fax or drop off documents at the WVCS - Cupertino Office.
Case managers will call or email you to follow up on the status of their applications.
