COVID-19 SUPPORT & SERVICES 

If you are having a physical or mental health emergency, please call 911. We DO NOT provide immediate medical support.

West Valley Community Services grocery pick is open to all clients living in the west valley communities of Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and West San Jose. You can call 408-255-8033 to get more information. You will be asked to complete an intake form and submit eligibility documents. In light of the pandemic to ensure safety and fairness in food distributions, each person will receive one pre-bagged bag of groceries.

Please either email your completed form to recert@wvcommunityservices.org or bring it with you when you visit the Food Pantry.

  • Please bring your photo ID.

  • Please do not line up before the pantry shifts open. Food will only be distributed during the times listed below.

  • For everyone’s safety, a temperature check is required at the time of registration. If your temperature is above 99.1 degrees F, please wait outside and you will receive pre-bagged groceries. 

  • As per the CDC's recommendations, please wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing at a 6 ft distance away from everyone around you at all times.

Cupertino Food Pantry Hours

Morning Distribution: 9:30 am - 11:15 am (Check-In no earlier than 9:15 am)

Afternoon Distribution: 2 pm - 4:15 pm (Check-In no earlier than 1:45 pm)

General Office Hours 

Business Hours are from 8 am - 5 pm, closed for lunch hour 12 pm - 1 pm.

This is only for picking up documents and dropping off documents for the case manager.

Anyone living in the service area can call 408-255-8033 for an appointment to see if they qualify for services. West Valley Community Services (WVCS) serves residents living in the following zip codes: 95014, 95030, 95032, 95033, 95044, 95070, 95129, 95130, and homeless.

COVID-19 Financial Assistance

 

​West Valley Community Services is providing financial assistance for households impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.  If you or anyone you know is affected by schools and/or business closures, loss of jobs, and hourly earnings, or are now having to take care of dependent older adults amidst the COVID-19/coronavirus crisis, we are here to help. West Valley Community Services serves the following zip codes: 95014, 95030, 95032, 95033, 95044, 95070, 95129, 95130.

Please either email your completed forms to recert@wvcommunityservices.org or bring it with you to your scheduled appointment.

 HOW IT WORKS: 

  • No in-person financial assistance approval

  • You can call to schedule phone/video conference appointments with case managers

  • Case managers will send clients all the necessary information and consent forms by email or mail. You can scan, fax, or drop off documents at the WVCS - Cupertino Office.

  • Case managers will call or email you to follow up on the status of their applications.

In light of the emergency situation around the Covid-19 Pandemic, several of our ongoing programs are currently in suspension as we focus our resources on the emergency response. Please note the below status. We will periodically update this information as these programs are reinstated.
