West Valley Community Services grocery pick is open to all clients living in the west valley communities of Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and West San Jose. You can call 408-255-8033 to get more information. You will be asked to complete an intake form and submit eligibility documents.
Please complete and bring the attached forms with you, to ensure a faster registration process and efficient program eligibility verification.

Please do not line up before the market shifts open. Food will only be distributed during the times listed below.
As per the CDC's recommendations, please wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing at a 6 ft distance away from everyone around you at all times.

Morning Distribution: 9:30 am - 11:15 am (Check-In no earlier than 9:15 am)
Afternoon Distribution: 1:45 pm - 4:15 pm (Check-In no earlier than 1:30 pm)
Evening Distribution: THURSDAYS ONLY, 4:45 pm - 7:15 pm (Check-In no earlier than 4:30 pm)
General Office Hours
Business Hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (8:00 am - 8:00 pm on THURSDAYS ONLY), closed for lunch hour 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
This is only for picking up documents and dropping off documents for the case manager.

COVID-19 Financial Assistance
West Valley Community Services is providing financial assistance for households impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. If you or anyone you know is affected by schools and/or business closures, loss of jobs, and hourly earnings, or are now having to take care of dependent older adults amidst the COVID-19/coronavirus crisis, we are here to help. West Valley Community Services serves the following zip codes: 95014, 95030, 95032, 95033, 95044, 95070, 95129, 95130.

HOW IT WORKS:
You can call to schedule phone/video conference appointments with case managers
Case managers will send clients all the necessary information and consent forms by email or mail. You can scan, fax, or drop off documents at the WVCS - Cupertino Office.
Case managers will call or email you to follow up on the status of their applications.
Case managers will be in touch for an in-person or virtual appointment.

In light of the emergency situation around the Covid-19 Pandemic, several of our ongoing programs are currently in suspension as we focus our resources on the emergency response. Please note the below status. We will periodically update this information as these programs are reinstated.
