Rapid Rehousing Program

The Rapid Rehousing Program helps individuals and families who are homeless move as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieve housing stability through rental assistance and supportive services. This program is by county referral only. Clients for this program are referred directly from the County of Santa Clara from the community queue. The referred clients are contacted by the Rapid Rehousing Coordinator to start the enrollment process.
