West Valley Community Services is thrilled to share the heartwarming success of the Gift of Hope 2023 Event, held on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, at West Valley Presbyterian Church. This program was a testament to the unwavering compassion and generosity within our community.
Over 500 households were able to receive household items, toys, gift cards, and hope. The support received from our many community members touched the hearts and changed the lives of individuals and families facing adversity, instilling a sense of comfort and reassurance during challenging times.
Children were also able to participate in the Arts and Crafts room, staffed by volunteers from the office of Assemblymember Evan Low, as parents waited to pick up their gifts. There was a free book station, hosted by Kiwanis Club of De Anza Cupertino, for everyone to take home books as well.
