SEEDS OF COMPASSION

Seeds of Compassion

Quarterly

2 hours

For the last 48 years, West Valley Community Services has served as a beacon of hope to low-income and homeless families living in our community. As we explore new volunteer programs and opportunities, we want to extend a special invitation to you and your family for our Seeds of Compassion event.

UPCOMING EVENT DETAILS

November 6, 2021

Location:

10104 Vista Drive,

Cupertino CA 95014

This special volunteering program will give you an opportunity to volunteer with your family. We welcome any family members ages 5 and up. We have heard from many community members who expressed an interest in family volunteering opportunities and we believe that Seeds of Compassion can be a wonderful starting point in building a foundation of compassion, community, and caring in the next generation of community members.

The program will include a story and discussion about hunger or homelessness to provide some context around what our organization does and how we impact the community. Following the discussion, we will have simple volunteering activities for the family to participate in. Please note that since space is limited to the first 10 families (approximately 20 people) this is a pre-registered event.

Space is limited, RSVP's are on a first come first serve basis.

Please RSVP by the Thursday, Nov. 4 deadline!
