Adopt A Family
Gift of Hope is West Valley Community Services' annual holiday gift program, where we invite the community to help homeless and low-income families celebrate the holiday season. The last few months have been unprecedented at WVCS, with triple digit increases in new clients and a huge jump in overall demand for food and rental assistance. With more and more low income people facing joblessness and food insecurity in light of COVID-19, we are anticipating that even more families in need will be signing up for our annual Gift of Hope Holiday program.
This year, we are not distributing personal items, household items, or toys. We are only doing gift cards so families could purchase what they need in order to celebrate the holidays. To ensure safety, we are distributing gift cards this year in a drive-through format. Gift of Hope is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th.
