3 - Week Fatherhood Series Presenter: Christopher Glover - Licensed Educational Psychologist Wednesdays, May 6-20, 2009 - 6:00-8:00pm How important is it for Fathers to be involved in the lives of their children? Recent research indicates that children benefit greatly when the relationship with their father, or significant male role model, is thriving and healthy. A nurturing relationship with a father helps children grow-up feeling confident and secure. This course will teach and confirm the many important contributions fathers can make on their childrens lives. |

Workshop Rules and Guidelines
The following rules and guidelines were created to ensure that our workshop attendees and presenters are treated with respect and to promote successful and informative workshops.

Due to overwhelming responses to our parent workshops we’ve enacted a few rules and guidelines to help ensure a great workshop and respectful use of participants’ and speaker’s time and efforts.
1. Anyone arriving 30 minutes after the workshop start time will not be allowed into the workshop. No exceptions, we will turn late attendees away.
2. In order to receive child care at the workshops, the children MUST be registered.
3. Child care is available for children 0 through 9 years of age, older children with special needs may be considered an exception; please contact our workshop coordinator for details.
4. Parents who register for child care are asked to please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins to sign-in the children for child care.
5. Any families who register children for child care and are unable to bring them to child care need to notify the workshop coordinator 24 hours in advanced. If we are not notified families will lose child care privileges at workshops for a year.
6. All Family Resource Program workshops require registration, you are not considered fully registered until you receive a confirmation.
