Dinner in the Park will be located in the Cupertino Civic Center Plaza, between Cupertino City Hall and Cupertino Public Library. The address for City Hall is 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014. If you need more details, please contact us at wvcs@wvcommunityservices.org.

Tickets - $40/Adult, $10/Child (age 12 and under), tickets can be purchased at the office or by calling 408.255.8033.

All of us are feeling the tremendous effects of a weak economy, and steeply rising expenses such as rent or mortgage, food, utilities and gasoline. For individuals and families already struggling (some due to job layoff or home foreclosure), higher food and gas prices simply stretch budgets even more, and cause increasing requests for basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, emergency financial aid, housing assistance and family support services from West Valley Community Services.

Your support ensures that we can continue to:

• Provide emergency assistance in the form of food, clothing, shelter and financial aid
• Provide rotating shelter, transitional housing, and low-income housing assistance
• Provide family support programs and resources, referrals and case management
• Provide clothing, school supplies and holiday gifts for children

Thank you very much for your thoughtful consideration and generosity. Sponsors who respond by August 15th (presenting Sponsor needs to commit by July 31st for inclusion in the banner) will be guaranteed inclusion in all promotional advertising as stated in the Sponsorship Levels.

West Valley Community Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that provides emergency assistance in the areas of food and shelter to low income and homeless people in the West Valley communities of Cupertino , Saratoga , Los Gatos , Monte Sereno and West San Jose.

With the rising cost of food and gas we've seen an increase in those who need a helping hand in our community. We hope that you will join us and reach a little deeper in your hearts to help those in need.
